Customer Advocate / Onboarding Specialist
As an Onboarding Specialist at Monk Development you will manage the setup, onboarding, training, and successful launch of client web projects on the Ekklesia 360 platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Church and technology. You have experience in a fast paced environment while delivering an excellent customer experience. Having a large number of projects and clients while managing even the smallest of details excites you. You are technically minded, you may not have coded a website from scratch but when looking at HTML and CSS you understand what your looking at and you're not scared to roll up your sleeves a bit to make a quick change for a client.
Responsibilities:
- Be the “go to” person for new clients during the onboarding process:
- Receive and setup new theme based client projects.
- Provide expert training to clients on Monk Development products and services.
- Partner with clients to set the project pace and provide the support they need to successfully launch their project in a timely manner.
- Identify and clarify issues while working with the customer to achieve quick and accurate resolutions.
- Work with the Professional Services team to schedule project design and implementation as needed.
- Serve as brand ambassador to all customers and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Interface with clients and management to ensure project tasks are performed satisfactorily.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal communication – this includes the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining accurate and detailed records of communication and progress.
- Strong technical understanding and capability. You may not code in HTML and CSS on a daily basis but you should be familiar with them.
- Real-time problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
- Professional customer service and client communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work independently.
- Ability to present to or train clients and peers.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service.
- Experience with web based Content Management Systems.
