Customer Advocate / Lead Qualifier
Monk Development, builders of Ekklesia 360, seeks a Customer Advocate / Lead Qualifier who is upbeat and excited to work with prospective clients who are interested in our products and services. You will engage with prospects by listening to their needs and connecting them with our value proposition during the sales qualification process. As opportunities exist, you will facilitate the hand-off to the appropriate team member for final delivery of services. In some cases, you will be responsible for closing the sale. The Customer Advocate / Lead Qualifier will assist Monk Development by delivering excellent, results-oriented customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects by promptly answering phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Professionally articulate the value proposition of Monk Development.
- Provide lead oversight and direction to bring sales opportunities through to completion.
- Provide a timely and professional response to interested prospects and team members.
In this role, you will be acting as a representative of Monk Development. All work must be done with the utmost integrity, professionalism, and honesty and in agreement with the values of the organization. We are looking for someone who is upbeat and excited to work with prospective clients interested in our products and services.

- Excellent interpersonal communication -- this includes the ability to communicate verbally and in writing -- to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate and detailed records of communication and progress.
- Professional customer service and client communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize work independently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead conversion rate.
- Accuracy of lead classification and qualification.
- Increase in churches and organizations using our SaaS products and services.
- Customer satisfaction rating during the qualification process.
