Importing member information

You can import member information as a CSV file. This type of file can be created from a spreadsheet, like Excel, and can also often be created/exported from your current church management system. To import your CSV file, login to your e360 ChMS instance, and navigate to Utilities > click the Import Individuals tab > and you will see the "choose file" button listed on the screen. You can click the button to choose the CSV file on your computer. Once the file is selected, you will then need to enter the column headers so that they match the CSV file you are importing. They are case sensitive and spaces do count. Feel free to reach out to our team if you have any questions during this process. Note that the system will look for duplicates for you as well during the import process.
