How to Get Started
Ekklesia 360 was developed to make your website deployment as easy as possible. Churches need to make a few decisions regarding what they would like to do and Monk and our partners will take care of the rest. When you are ready to begin, start here. We have made it easy to get in touch with our team.
The process is as follows:
1. Determine the Site Design
Churches can create their own design, have one of our design partners design the site (see portfolio) or select a predesign (see predesign portfolio).
The design or visual look of your site can be created by your church. This requires someone in your community to create a layered Photoshop (PSD) file (or other agreed upon file delivery) and provide it to Monk Development to rebuild and integrate the Ekklesia 360 backend. We also can train your team on how to rebuild our website and provide access to our developer resources.
The design of your site can be created by one of Ekklesia 360's design partners. Our design partners are hand-picked companies who have years of experience designing churches and other clientele. The design partner will create your design, manage the project, integrate the backend into the Ekklesia 360 system and train your church on how to use it. Contact our team and we will bring the right designer based on your goals and needs.
To keep costs low and expedite your website launch, several of our design partners offer pre-designs that you can select and begin using today. These designs can be themed to the look and feel you would like for your church. Contact our team and we will show you how these designs can be customized to your unique look/feel.
2. Login to the Content Management System
As soon as you've selected a design option, an account will be created for your church. Your church can begin to add administrators to upload, edit and publish content immediately to a whiteboard site. The whiteboard site allows you to see how the content will layout on the website. This whiteboard process has increased the speed at which your website will go live.
3. Go Live!
As soon as your site design is completed, it is rebuilt and ready to go. If your content is complete you can launch your new church website immediately. Our process allows for rapid website deployment.
