What backup and restore options are provided with Ekklesia 360?

We handle backups of the content management system data, which means we back up the database on a nightly basis. Within most modules, we have a built-in revision system as well as a mechanism to restore deleted records. Our hosting setup provides a snapshot up to the past 3 days of all CSS and PHP templates.
