Each Reseller has the opportunities to suggest, use and implement new features that are designed for Ekklesia and our CMS community. Monk can build and integrate custom applications for a specific clients needs. Monk has partnered with leading thinkers to continue to improve our client's websites, technologies and systems. Monk believes our targeted approach within the Ekklesia 360 Church community, Church denominations, ministries and other highly related sites will lead to significant improvements for all participants in this network.

All of the Resellers' clients are supported directly by the Reseller unless the Design Partner opts to have Monk provide support. Monk Development supports the Reseller. Some of the ways we do this is:

1. Basecamp Project Management Support - Monk Development uses Basecamp an easy-to-use, web-based project management tool designed around the concept of open, centralized two-way communication. This project management tool provides tools such as message boards, to-do lists, painless file sharing, and flexible scheduling make communicating easy - and natural. The RESELLER will be able to monitor all work and milestones through this system.

2. Mantis - Monk Development uses Mantis a web-based bug tracking system. Resellers can enter bugs that are on a site, suggest features or trouble tickets that the Monk team will respond to. Bugs are responded to based on severity and priority.

3. Online Support [OPTIONAL] - Monk Development's SupportSuite integrated Multi-Channel solution allows the Reseller's clients to submit support tickets, view our knowledge base, conduct live support chats, use a self service troubleshooter and track their support issues online. This is available to Resellers who opt to have Monk Development handle their client customer support.

- The Monk Development team is available for phone and email support for the Reseller.
