Just a quick note to say that events can now be set to occor the last week of a month. Just set the event to repeat monthly or bimonthly and select 'Last' from the drop down below.

You now have the option to set events to reoccur every other week. Just set it to repeat weekly and then check "Every Other Week?" and enjoy!
